1. The scope of application of the general terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Grainglow and the customer. Grainglow provides these services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Business activity

The order of the Internet user reaches the Grainglow by email. For the purpose of delivery by our delivery service, the address and telephone number, as well as the order are recorded.

3. The content of the online order service

We make every effort to offer the full Grainglow range of food for online ordering but reserve the right to make seasonal or other changes.

4. Availability

Although we use state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest possible availability of the service, we cannot guarantee this availability at certain times.

5. Duties of care of the customer

The customer undertakes to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information about himself on the order form. Grainglow shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the failure to comply with these obligations. We reserve the right to check these details by recall or similar appropriate measures and to exclude individual persons from the online ordering service in case of disregard of our general terms and conditions.

6. Data protection

Grainglow is entitled to store, change or transmit the registration data within the scope of fulfilling the contractual purposes. Grainglow reminds the customer that personal data will be stored within the framework of the execution of the contract. By accepting these GTC, the customer agrees that the collected data can be processed and used by Grainglow. The customer can object to the use of his data at any time.

7. Warranty, liability

The customer expressly agrees that the use of the service provided by Grainglow is at the customer’s own risk. Grainglow is not liable in the event of force majeure, in particular failure of telephone lines or Internet lines, industrial action, official measures, unforeseeable failure of means of transport or energy or other unavoidable events. This shall also apply if the above events occur with a vicarious agent of Grainglow.

8. Modification of the offer

Grainglow reserves the right to change, interrupt or discontinue the offered services temporarily or permanently with or without notice to the customer. Grainglow is not liable to the customer for the modification, interruption or discontinuation of the service.

Grainglow may create links to other, third-party websites or third-party sources on the Grainglow website. Grainglow has no control over the availability or content of these websites or sources. For this reason, Grainglow is not responsible for the content of such websites or sources.

10. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to all legal transactions. In fully commercial legal transactions, the place of jurisdiction shall be the location of the courier company in question.
